Compensation & Benefits
Responsibilities:
- Administers compensation and benefits programs
- Assist in the implementation wage and salary management, job evaluation, performance appraisal, incentives, life, health and disability insurance, retirement benefit related programs
- Undertakes projects relating to the formulation, development and implementation of future policies
- Participates in wage and salary surveys
- Benchmarking & Designing & Analysis of survey results and recommends changes to compensation and program to maintain objectives and competitive position in the marketplace
- Implements company's compensation and benefit policies Monitors the compensation aspect of the promotion and merit rating programs to ensure adhere to establish policies
- Administers monthly payroll and ensure proper administration and timely submission of reports to Finance and other agencies;
- Liaise with insurance broker on employee (Group Hospitalization Insurance, Group Personal Accident, Group Term Life) and passenger insurance matters including claims submission, yearly renewal and invoicing;
- Prepares periodic or special report relevant to the compensation and function Monitoring issuance and process of Retirement Benefit to employees
- Reviews, proposes and analyses Employee Handbook terms and condition across the group
- Review, propose and analyse Collective Agreement CA in terms of C&B
- Perform other duties as required to ensure a smooth operation of the Human
Resources department.
Requirements:
- Minimum degree in human resources or related field
- 4 to 5 years experience in compensation and benefits
- Good command in English both written and spoken
- Working location to be based in Kuala Lumpur
- Systematic knowledge of total rewards disciplines and its link to overall HR and business strategy and the business environment.
- Intermediate knowledge of the legal and regulatory environment as it relates to employee compensation and benefits
- Strong research and analytical skills
- Strong familiarity with Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
